Sunriver Resort, Woodlands Golf Course

The Woodlands Golf Course at Sunriver Resort offers a serene trek through ponderosa pines in the fragrant air of sunny Central Oregon. Playing 6,880 yards from the back tees (at an elevation of 4,500 feet), the Woodlands creates challenges through narrow fairways, sparkling lakes, and carefully placed bunkers. Tight chipping areas around the greens add to the shot-making requirements. The layout also encompasses old-growth trees (occasionally interloping onto a fairway, but typically sheltering surrounding homes from errant shots), volcanic rock outcroppings, and other elements of the natural environment that were preserved during design and construction.
