Pebble Beach, Calif. (May 4, 2012) - Robert Trent Jones Jr., the world-renowned golf course architect, has been named one of this year's recipients of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, to be awarded by the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations on May 12, 2012.

(December 18, 2014) - Two renovations by Robert Trent Jones II Golf Architects (RTJ II) – at Poppy Hills Golf Course in Pebble Beach and SentryWorld Golf Club in Wisconsin – have been named to the “Best of the Year” lists by both GOLF and Golf Digest magazines. Poppy Hills, originally built by Robert Trent Jones Jr. in 1986, is named 2014 “Best Semi-Private Renovation” by GOLF in its January edition, which followed an honor for best Newly Remodeled Courses by Golf Digest in November.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – ASGCA Past President Robert Trent Jones, Jr., founder of Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course Architects based in Palo Alto, California, has been chosen as the 2024 recipient of the ASGCA Donald Ross Award. The award, given annually since 1976, is presented to a person who has made a significant contribution to the game of golf and the profession of golf course architecture. It will be presented to Jones at the American Society of Golf Course Architects Annual Meeting in San Francisco, on Nov. 11.

Pebble Beach, Calif. (May 4, 2012) - The Bay Course at Costa Navarino in southwest Greece, designed by Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course Architects, has been named to Robb Report's 2012 "Best of the Best" list.
